Join the Waiting List

Membership in the the Potrero Hill Community Garden is open to any San Francisco resident not currently a member of another community  garden. Garden plots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

To apply for a plot, simply contact SF Park and Rec with your name, address, email, and phone number. You must be a resident of San Francisco.

Expect to wait several years to get to the top of the list. Other community gardens in San Francisco have little or no waiting. To view these, please visit SF Rec and Park.

Members who join the garden are required to:
  • Follow our member by-laws
  • Sign a Recreation & Parks Department release form
  • Pay $25 member dues per year
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings and work days
